 New foundation with SPF in it from Maybelline, I think this  is air mousse, in the picture it shows it comes out in a foamy/mousse like texture and then goes onto your skin like a liquid later, not sure how it really works I will buy one and test out soon.

I bought Shimmer strips for Hazel eyes I believe, I have blue eyes but I really liked the colors in this palette, I found a correcting powder and gel eyeliner for hazel or green eyes.

Physicians Formula items because they were totally 75% off. Physicians Formula can get pretty expensive with their items. Like their bronzers and shadows range from $10.99 and up. So this is a good deal to scoop up on from this brand.

I saw beauty brands from Maybelline marked 50% off, Revlon 75%-50% off, Physicians Formula 75% off and other items. Note that you have to look for the stickers that indicated the percentage sale on them.

Here are my presents I got this year for christmas, some beauty items I received. I got the Mac snow globe lip gloss set in the pink shades, a mini nail gel/nail set and some china glaze and Orly polishes.

Christmas Nails week 1

I just did my nails in a christmas theme for this coming week, I have a work christmas party on tuesday and my birthday is Sunday. I will be doing another themed christmas next thursday. excuse the polish mess around my cuticles and fingers I was sorta in a hurry and I did this manicure with in 30 minutes

French Manicure with glitter and sparkles

I just did my nails on Thursday night for my holiday party this weekend. I recently bought some french v tip nail guides I saw that came in a package with nail stripers and decals at walgreens. So I used them to create my french tip on my nails.

I used China Glaze rainbow as a base, OPI white polish for the tip a holographic nail art strip bottle and some glitter nail polish I added along with the holo.

Starting the Holiday month with some Shimmer and Shine

I did my nails thinking this is a cute holiday color to start December with. I used Funky Fingr's from five below in Manic Flamingo.
This polish looks so much better in person, the camera did not capture the shade right. In my polish I can see tiny pink and purple shimmer parts. The polish is darker then what is to appear in picture a call it a darker shade of a shimmery raspberry

Brown Eyeshadow Look

I did a brown smokey eye look last night before going out, I did not do a heavy eye shadow look though. I kept it simple and a little light, I used the WNW shadow palette shown above. Sometimes the flash on my camera makes my shadow look lighter then what it really is.

OPI Warm and Fozzie for Thanksgiving

This is my Thanksgiving week manicure I did. I used OPI Warm and Fozzie and a nail polish color from Icing's by clarie's called gold dust. Excuse my one finger I accidentally smudged the polish.

Sparkly Diamond Nails- Orly Rock Solid and China Glaze Fair Dust Nails

New week coming up with new nails. This time I did my nails in Orly rock solid and china glaze fairy dust. I did two coats of Orly and two coats of China Glaze, topped off with my favorite ever top coat seche vite. I wanted more of a glittery/sparkly mani this time. I wanted more sparkles to show then the silvery/black shade in rock solid. New color next week something festive I am thinking for Thanksgiving.

OPI Grape Set Match

I recently did my nails in OPI grape set match, layered with Orly love each other and China Glaze fairy dust. It looks really beautiful with the holo polish added. More manicures to come soon.

Revlon colorburst lip butter review and swatches in cupcake and cotton candy

last month I found revlon colorburst lip butters at rite aid. I picked up cupcake and cotton candy. It has been about 3-4 weeks testing these to see if I really like them. I must admit I am in love and I am addicted to these. I have one in my purse and I re apply this stuff like every hour. I forget how much they were.

 Cupcake is more of a lighter baby pink tone, more light shaded then the other color. Cotton candy is more darker and a deeper pink. You can tell in the swatches that it does add a glossy look.

 It keeps my lips very moist and hydrated, my lips usually suffer dryness and it crackles sometimes during the cold months. So far I have not experienced neither of those symptoms.

Orly Peacock, Fowl Play, and Lucky Duck haul

This week I went to Sally's beauty store since I had a $5 dollar coupon off any purchase. I saw that orly had the new birds of a feather collection out and had a set on display. Three polishes included in this set were peacock, fowl play, and lucky duck. I got this for a great bargain since it was originally 10 bucks at my store plus my coupon made it worth getting. I really like peacock and fowl play, I am not crazy about lucky duck. 

 When I get a chance this weekend I will post some swatches.

Polish and makeup Haul

 Here is my recent nail polish haul and an Ulta haul I recently did. I went to Ulta today to pick up a gift and a few other things. I had a 20% coupon at Ulta so I figured I would try the Urban Decay all night face setting spray and the Essence gel eyeliner in purple. I will be doing a review on these two things soon. I got the Neutrogena face also but that will be a gift for someone. 

I am curious if the urban decay spray does really work for 16 hours and more. I do have Mac fix+ and I really like that so we will see if this new spray will hold up and work.

I will be doing swatches and trying out all these colors sometime in the next week or so. I think all these colors will be great for fall and winter. I am excited to try the new magnetic polishes. Will post pics soon.

Purple and pink eyeshadow look

 This is my look I did tonight before going out. I did a light pink and purple smokey eye. Not to heavy or to dark. I think these colors are great for fall and winter even spring. I do wear a lot of pink shadows and I do have a whole bunch of pink shadows.

I used two different light shades of pink, 3 different dark shades of purple very lightly blended in the crease of my eye. I used plumping lash serum, mascara and eye liner. 

These are the products I used to create my purple, pinkish smokey eye look. I just got the buxom mascara and I really do love it, it really lengthens my lashes. I used the two dark shades of purple in the wnw palette on the left hand side and the kleancolor shade.
